Victoria OlivesExtra virgin olive oil
Greek extra virgin olive oil, cold-extracted below 27 °C, with acidity from 0,25 %. Four profiles, every lot analysed before it ships.
We deal in extra virgin olive oil only, cold-extracted below 27 °C — the condition that keeps the polyphenols and the aromatics in the oil. Every lot is documented twice before it is offered: a chemical analysis to Reg. (EEC) 2568/91 and a sensory panel report to the IOC method COI/T.20, both from ESYD-accredited laboratories. The figures below are the harvest-2025 lots; each new harvest ships with its own reports.

A blend of Chalkidiki, Megaron and Koroneiki fruit picked at full ripeness. Round and generous: red apple, field flowers, fig leaf and forest fruit, with the bitterness stepped back and the fruit carrying the finish.
Median intensities on the 0–10 scale, COI/T.20 panel method. Extra virgin requires zero defects and fruitiness above zero.

The latest picking of the season and the gentlest profile in the range — tomato, blossom, fresh grass, banana and green almond, with a delicate bitterness the panel scored at 2,9. The everyday oil for kitchens that want Greek character without sharpness.
Median intensities on the 0–10 scale, COI/T.20 panel method. Extra virgin requires zero defects and fruitiness above zero.

An organic early-harvest oil pressed from Chalkidiki-variety fruit picked green, at the start of the season. Intense and structured: green grass, tomato stem, artichoke and citrus on the nose, with the peppery finish that marks a true agourelaio.
Organically farmed single-variety fruit; the organic certificate and control-body code are issued with the specification sheet.

A limited single-variety agourelaio from Lefkoelia-Petroelia, a rare local variety. An unusually wide aromatic register — banana peel, green apple, citrus, red fruit, apricot, vanilla, artichoke and pepper — bottled in small numbers.

An extra virgin blend of Chalkidiki, Koroneiki and Amfissis fruit. The workhorse of the range: the same oil across retail glass, food-service tins and PET — from a 250 ml bottle to the 5-litre container.
