We process personal data submitted through the contact form — company, contact name, email address, country and the content of your message — for the sole purpose of answering your commercial enquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business request, and the pre-contractual steps you have asked us to take.
Enquiry data is retained for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and is not sold, rented or transferred to third parties for their own marketing.
Our contact page embeds a Google Maps view of our site. When that page loads, Google receives your IP address and may set cookies on your device under its own privacy policy. Apart from that map, this site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by writing to the address on our contact page. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
